Manchester City footballer Raheem Sterling has been announced as the ambassador for the Greater Manchester High Sheriff's Police Trust.

Sterling commented 'This is a fantastic opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the local community. The Greater Manchester High Sheriff's Police Trust does some outstanding work in helping local people and local projects to fulfil their potential.
